Specifically there was no 20/1.5 plan officially tariffed with Cogeco (despite speed matching requirements and it being offered at retail for ages) and since we had promised 20 early on and were tired of waiting we bumped all of the 16 to 30 until it was sorted out. Now we officially have the 30 product with the 400GB cap, we'll be moving that temporary upgrade to 20/1.5 for those that don't want to keep the higher speed/cap. |
