Re: Does maintenance hours also affect TV and phone services? My internet went dead at exactly yesterday at 11:30 PM and today again at 11:30 PM. I thought I was going crazy and that it was my router but I called them and they said that they were doing maintenance in my area. I don't subscribe to there TV service so I don't know if the TV portion goes out.
Good that they are since I was having problems with slow uploads. I just thought they did this at lets say 3:00 AM. A reboot of the modem after will fix it with my router. |
