I'm in Columbus. I've had this problem with many HD and sometimes with the corresponding SD channels. This has occured for a year or more, but seems to be getting worse.

I guess it's a signal strength problem. I have not had a service call yet to check this.

Yesterday, while watching the History Channel HD and the Golf Channel HD, the picture froze and then went black. The History channel and a 4-5 other channels remained black for 6+ hours.

Besides the picture totaly going black, I've had increasing macroblocking and momentary picture freezing the past year. This is on multiple channels.

It's time to call for a truck roll!

If you're still experiencing issues with channels, please contact customer service to troubleshoot or set up an appointment for a technician to come out.
