LOL... no. ipv6 has nothing to do with infastructure. Anyway I would guess it will atleast be partially available in the next year. I think there was a reference to it being available sometime in 2013 but I can't remember where I saw that.

the first upgrades will become available starting in 3Q12. The first phase will include Verizon FiOS customers who have a dynamic IP address.

That is the link I last read with info as well. I forgot it was q3 2012 not 2013. So yeah it should have already started cropping up.
