Or whatever bell calls it.

If you are watching a NFL game one of the Sunday channels(not conventional, not TSN/Sportsnet), does at any time Bell Simu sub in a regular or speciality channel on top of that feed?

According to NFL rules, network broadcasts take priority over Sunday Ticket broadcasts. If a game is carried by an affiliate network in your area, the Sunday Ticket channel is blacked out.
