Translation, SB2 modem, when user has been dapped, has speed restriction configured within SB2's circuit(s)...so, it must be rebooted during LNFZ to get full speed.
Thus, if your router has "IP address lease persistence issues" (having an issue with hand-shaking to SB2 modem)...one may not be online much
