With D3, adding channels, and overprovisioning things are looking up for OOL. I've always had good speeds where I am, but in the past there were always crowded nodes and other persistent problems posted here. Now I rarely see posts about those kinds of problems. Hopefully OOL will keep out in front of it. -- NOTHING justifies terrorism. We don't negotiate with terrorists. Those that support terrorists are terrorists.
