Bright House Networks - Legacy → [TV] CableCard woes in Winter Park, FL (Bright House).

(I really hope BHNtechXpert is reading this.)

I'm having a devil of a time getting a newly-obtained CableCARD (CC) paired. I live in zip code 32789. This is with a Ceton InfiniTV PCIe setup with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, with the latest Ceton drivers and firmware updates.

Here are the identifiers on the CC:

(Removed --state)

I also have a tuning adapter installed.

I get all green checkmarks in the Ceton diagnostic utility EXCEPT for item 7, which is the dreaded CP authorization. I've called Bright House several times and even spoke to a supervisor who sent initialization commands multiple times, but with no success.

A tech is coming tomorrow, but I have some doubts he (or she) will be able to resolve the issue, hence my post here.
