Box "bundles"

Sometime last year I remember calling verizon to ask how to lower my bill. The noticed I had been paying for each box separately so they said they had a
box bundle" and it lowered my bill by a few bucks. Are they still doing this or are all boxes just priced ala cart?

When I re-upped my contract by upgrading Internet and downgrading TV, the box bundle disappeared from my bill and everything was full price. Now, I only have 1 HD STB, so it was only $1.50 per month, so I didn't call to check in about it.

This is the first time I've heard of this. What exactly are the bundles and how much do you save? I currently have 1 MRDVR at 19.99 and 2 HD receivers at 6.99 each.

The box bundles started sometime this year. I don't have the prices handy and they are different in New York so maybe you can call to find out if you qualify.

I have a four room MDVR package for $46.99. Basically one 7232 and three 7100s with MRDVR enabled.

Wow...that's pretty significant. I am so torn because I absolutely love the FIOS product but cost has gone up so much over the past 1-2 years compared to the actual service offering that the "value" has greatly diminished (IMHO). I still have a few months but for the first time in 5-7 years I am thinking of shopping around
