kiosks cost money. There is no point in having them, especially Corp owned when you can find a dealer that will manage them for you. Especially the gas stations and the payment center stores that offer ever carrier under the sun, or even Best Buy. It makes much more sense from a busienss stand point to move to dealers and allow the company as a whole to focus their money in places it makes sense. That is why a good share of the CLEAR "stores" are dealers, especially in the malls. Sign master agreements with these companies and let them have at it- the same as DELL did with their "new" stores. Which by the way are closing after Christmas.
