As of MoP daggers are now 1.8 weapon speed, so if you are playing muti or sub the dagger in your MH will be 1.8 regardless so just use the highest dps dagger.
For combat, which is a very versitile spec to level and dungeon with, use the list I gave in my last post in this thread.
