 | Constant Connection Drops on TM502G Modem After buying a new Linksys EA4500 Router, I have constantly been experiencing connection drops on both wired and wireless connections. It simultaneously goes out for everyone on the network, then starts back up again after a minute or so. This doesn't happen regularly, sometimes it goes out immediately after coming back on. I contacted Linksys support, as I suspected the router, and got a replacement, yet this still happens. Now I suspect either the modem (Arris TM502G) or some configuration problems on my end. I tried to go and see the modem logs at »192.168.100.1 but the page won't load. This is very frustrating and I would like some advice. |

 | If it still doesn't load the status page after unplugging the power and battery, or holding the reset button on the back, you may be affected by this issue.
Do the DS, US, or Online lights flash during the dropout? -- KI6RIT |

 | I tried resetting the modem and the status page still doesn't show up. The flashing lights thing I haven't gotten to yet, as my desktop is upstairs while the modem is downstairs. I'll test that out in a bit with my friend's laptop. |

Guess that you didn't click on the link above that n_w95482 provided.
It is a known issue.
