Re: Gaming Mouse for Productivity Thanks for the great suggestion! I'm actually leaning towards the G600.
I listen to a lot of lectures using VLC. I often need to rewind and pause the lecture will taking notes. Do you think I can code a macro to control VLC even with the VLC window minimized? Maybe using the programmable mouse keys in conjunction with VLC's global hot key shortcuts?

| I'm sure it's doable. I have my Logitech keyboard macro'd to use VLC as well. Haven't tried it with the mouse.
