| Channels 2-8 10,11 no picture or pixelation... I called WOW! about this issue, and they are sending a technician out Friday. I highly doubt a tech visit will fix this. It looks like a WOW! side issue. All other channels above 12 come in fine.
Has anyone experienced this? I am in the Columbus, OH area. |

| 3 tvs. One is direct cable to tv, one is direct cablebox to tv, and one is a dvr to tv.
Now the only box not receiving these channels is the dvr connected one. Taking that box out, I get the channels fine directly from cable to tv. |

Those channels you listed are delivered analog when you plug the cable directly into the TV. When watching them on a digital box, they're the digital simulcast version, which are two very different things. If you're having trouble with the digital version, but not the analog, that's indicative of a signal issue in the home which is affecting some of your digital frequencies. The technician coming out shouldn't have any issues resolving this.
