I realize you may not have the authority to publish an official response to an RFO request from a public forum but i'm still going to ask What caused the outage? I was told one thing on the phone from a local rep and another thing from another rep I spoke with.
Any word on when the service will be up? This is getting frustrating. It has been eight hours so far. I use internet for my job, and need to be online. Right now I am racking up my data usage from my phone just so I can work.
Will there be any compensation for not having service?
