Looking south, into the sun and the haze. Looking north. Bird Rock in the background, a sand castle in the fore. A cormorant skims across the water. This little guy was posing for me on a rock. I kept waiting for Hitchcock to step out of that shadow. A paddleboarder riding a wave. Most of the surf action was near some rocks. I'm sure these guys know what they're doing. This rose near the gazebo was catching some of the light from the south.

Waldothe3rd Premium join:2009-02-16 Sun N Sand	reply to No_Strings Laguna's always a favorite spot to spend an afternoon or to take out-of-town guests. I still remember playing "3-Bar" where we (with a designated driver) would stop at every 3rd bar and have a beer. One time we started in Newport heading south, quenching our thirst at every third watering hole. As we continued we crossed the dividing line between Laguna and South Laguna. Bar #3 was called "Beach Men". Game over.
