I'm in chat with charter as I have been unable to login. Somehow my username disappeared from their system (so they say, even though I still get autopay notifications in my email). They told me to re-create my account, but any username I used said it was already in use (even something completely random), and now the chat guy has been trying to create an account for me for the last 10 minutes. Somethings is definitely up. |
