anon posted : Here's how a knology tech helped me to I fix being able to send my knology e-mail on my iphone:
I had to go to settings, under accounts click on knology, under outgoing mail server click on SMTP, under primary server click on smtp.knology.net, under outgoing mail server click on server port -- and change the server port to 25.
That fixed it for me! Good Luck

Anyone having trouble with smtp.knology.net?

jmadden posted : I've been unable to send email from my desktop client (Apple Mail) since about Sept 13. Incoming works fine. I can use the web client just fine. When I try to send, (using smtp.knology.net as my outgoing email server) I get that my "username was rejected". None of my settings have changed, and I'm assuming that this has something to do with their new email system. Just checking to see if anyone else is having a problem. Also, is anyone actually using the new email yet? Are they rolling it out in stages?
Thanks!
