There was no error. You didn't pay your bill. A "fact" I have pointed out repeatedly.
Funny, a complete stranger figured you out in just a few short paragraphs. I'm not going to argue with you here either.
Most ALL of our customers either pay on time, or freely admit they were late. (I've never charged a late fee, but that doesn't mean I can't or won't.. But you complained about NOT getting a late fee.) Out of ALL my customers, you're the exception. Literally. You were my signal "billing problem" and now you're not.

You've submitted 3 BBB complaints about us. The BBB is even tired of you.
You've taken down our radio and submitted a bill for $150 to us for it.
You've purposefully damaged our radio.
I will NOT have a customer who is abusive towards my staff. No one pays me enough money to put up with that.
You can be "right" in your mind all you want.. and now you can go be some other companies problem.

There were errors from the beginning. A fact that I repeatedly discussed with your staff monthly. It is also a fact as evident by your own internal documentation. Read it and if you can and understand it. I am fully capable of admitting my mistakes, you apparently are not.
Never did I complain that you did not charge me a late fee, that is a flat lie. AirNet LLC maintains that I have been a month behind for months and months. Mine and your documentation supports FULLY that I am not and that is what I have been telling your staff for months. The invoices that AirNet LLC sent to me never showed a previous balance or late fee. That is not a complaint, that is evidence to support my complaint that your company AirNet LLC screwed up my billing from nearly the get go. And now I am your single problem? That's funny, you have a billing complaint against you from July of this year at the BBB. So again your facts are wrong. Lord knows how many didn't put in a complaint.
With "editing skills" I do not know what you are trying to say. Are you suggesting I modified documents or changed my story? That's brilliant! Even when faced with proof of yours and your companies errors you boldly deny it because apparently you are infallible.
I have submitted one BBB complaint and I have one complaint reference number to prove it. Another lie.
I did take down your radio absolutely. The shear incompetence of your company and contempt that you have shown for me led me to believe that you would damage my roof during removal. Now that I see you accused me "editing" something my sneaky suspicion about you is validated in my mind. My time is not free Jack, I did bill you for its removal at $150. You have stated that you will not pay it, so who owes who money?
I have damaged your radio? This is not an absurd statement from you. You have accused me of everything else, why not this too.
