Using your logic is it your opinion the 14-16 year olds who fought for Canada in WWI & WWII are "child soldiers"?
It's not an opinion. It's a documented and legal fact. Deployment under the age of 18 = child soldier. And Canada honours the world wide definition and treaties of this.
An 11 or 14 year old does not need to be "kidnapped" to be declared a child soldier.
Unlike the child soldiers in Africa Khadr was not kidnapped from his family, coerced into killing his dad or raping his mother, forced to kill. He did so on his own...
BTW, What kind of make-believe stuff are you reading where it states a child must be "kidnapped from their family and rape his own mother" in order to be declared a child soldier? I would like to read that. Or is this all a product of your fantasies again? That is some real heavy and wild stuff to say.
