Since 3G CDMA maxes out at 3.1 mbit and I seldom get 128Kb I don't think this will be an issue ont he 4s (non LTE)

And the one fella was right I have 30 mbit cable at home but my wifi sucks my 4g card in my laptop spanks my Wifi
