Yes, the PTR records were corrected after this thread went public. It's amazing how that works sometimes, isn't it?
OTOH, the IP address 220.127.116.11 that you used as an example (the network address), and the IP address 18.104.22.168 (the broadcast address) were not setup to point to my domain in the first place; I only had the real payload IP address PTR records point to my domain (as I showed in my original post).--
