Yes, but they act as a reseller/TPIA I'm not sure for cable service through Eastlink in some of their footprint and through Cogeco as you know in North Bay :).

I think Eastlink is done with acquisition...also this one might be a little more than they bargained for...they bought out Amtelecom but that was tiny in comparison....

Maybe Shaw perhaps?
