As I know Acanac policy changed, it's now need to buy the modem, but as an old customer there's a commitment for the modem, I have $50 deposit for it and it should be return to me when I return the modem. Please indicate it's ok to issue me a cheque.

Dear Valued client,
We only buy back modems in case of cancellation within 30 days money back guarantee.
As it is mentioned in the agreement, "We do provide a full refund for the modem if
cancellation is made within the 30 day no obligation period."
According to Acanac's policy, we cannot buy back the modems.

We never had such an agreement! As an old customer, I agreed to deposit money in Acanac not buy the modem! Please don't mix the old policy with the current policy!
