Id bet anything he has two electric meters in that house, you want to cut one out, and feed off of his electric as well? He can receive rent, but have one set of utilities?, shall we look up landlord laws in NY?
OBVIOUSLY..... the house is wired for 2 different accounts. The next step is for the immoral to start adding STB's from his neighbors account. Nah, Verizon doesnt care about this, its JUST in the TOS.
This type of behavior results in price increases for the people unlucky enough to have a sharing situation. Sharing, its stealing. Kudo's to the wife. And by the way, I work for them, thats my wages and benefits youre siphoning.
