Short answer is, it depends...

Most HSPA+ sites have at least 100M backhaul; hub sites have more (either GigE or multiple 100M's).

I'm not as familar with Roger's LTE deployment - but other carriers I am familar with have either multiple 100M links, or a GigE per LTE site...
