This has been a bit of a comedy of errors.
I was suppose to be bumped up from our 6 serice to the 12 but with several tickets issued and passed around it now has been 13 days from the day the switch was to happen with no luck. We are laways told we are not in a serviced area, but then I point out that the Bell exchange building is directly across the street from me (20 feet). This seems to always be an issue that somewhere our address is put as non-serviceable.
Anyway, Bell was out last Saturday and said he needed to make another ticket since it seemed that someone had "taken my port". It was funny hearing him talk to the Bell guy on the phone at my house and him having to go over the same story I do about the Bell Exchange building is right across the road and we do exist in a serviceable area.
It would sure be nice to have our upgrade since we have been paying for it since Sept 21.
