I saw this behaviour happen quite a few times with 18.104.22.168, but I haven't (so far) seen it happen with 22.214.171.124. I haven't done enough testing to state with complete certainty that it was a firmware issue however, but the 126.96.36.199 release notes do touch base somewhat on the topic.--
