The »business.comcast.com/newspeeds page is no longer active. I wonder if they just removed it until they are ready to push out the new speeds or maybe they are still tweaking some of the details.
Maybe every business customer restarting their modem several times a day is a bad thing?
Particularly if some of those business customers were using the SMC gateway in bridge mode or with static IP addresses, and the SMC glitched during the power cycle requiring Comcast support to restore the bridge mode or static IP config.
I've got statics... never seen them get lost on a reboot though.
