Re: High latency during peak hours Vianet has been absolutely the worst internet provider for all areas surrounding North Bay. I have been calling for the last three months to no avail. They said it was fixed, I just received a new modem to try and fix the problem. Here is just one traceroute, EVERY DAY after 5:30 PM until 11 PM it is like this. Can not do anything. I am going to try the new modem now. If it does not work I will be cancelling and demanding a refund of some kind for not providing the service that is promised.
