Here is Windstreams responce to my slow DSL After over a year of not having DSL service at night in Winder, Ga. and hours spent on the phone with tech support. Plus numerous tech house calls. Here is the response I got from Windstream today. Budgeted for 2013???? You have got to be kidding!
"We were able to find a utilization issue with a piece of equipment that your connection runs thru. We currently have a ticket opened with our engineers to resolve the issue. This project is currently budgeted for 2013."
