I saw this behaviour happen quite a few times with 220.127.116.11, but I haven't (so far) seen it happen with 18.104.22.168. I haven't done enough testing to state with complete certainty that it was a firmware issue however, but the 22.214.171.124 release notes do touch base somewhat on the topic.
