gain @johnstonesupply.com	gain Anon 2012-Oct-6 9:20 am actually...dalaran has had and still has a normal "auctioneer" usable by EVERYONE... It has been that way pretty much the entirety of cata. i want to say when the put the normal auctioneers in dalaran around the start of cata... they also put the one in shat.

I guess you could have a guild lock and friends provide you with a means to get there, if you are not of a level to do the quest to open the Vale doors. I did it at 88, I think I got the quest to go see Anduin at the Temple of the White Tiger at 87.
