Back up here. From the Modem Logs is looks like either a DHCP issue or the node/CMTS went down (which would naturally take DHCP access down too).

I was actually on the phone with tech support when it came back up.

the tech guy mentioned, that because my firmware is a little older, (SB612X-1.0.5.0) that I should send it in if i want it updated, and he mentioned that there has been some cases where older firmware lead to disconnects like this.

but i know this is some kind of dhcp issue on rogers end. I also get these pretty frequently, it seems like every couple weeks im down for an hour here and there.

Sounds like node level work. Rogers doing maintenance always at the dammdest times. Your DHCP lease is probably set to 60 minutes and I am guessing there is another DHCP outage at the POI.

TSI David: This sounds very similar to the last outage we had a week or two back.
