 | yeah, so it is a DHCP issue, after getting another callback.
this tech, said that my firmware is older (1.0.5.0) but it should still work.
so he put in a new ticket. |

 | yes, mine did as well. about 2 min after my last post.
I was actually on the phone with tech support when it came back up.
the tech guy mentioned, that because my firmware is a little older, (SB612X-1.0.5.0) that I should send it in if i want it updated, and he mentioned that there has been some cases where older firmware lead to disconnects like this.
but i know this is some kind of dhcp issue on rogers end. I also get these pretty frequently, it seems like every couple weeks im down for an hour here and there. |
