[Exede] exede12 and active-x

Is it possible for Exede12 transmission to interfere with active-x controls and interaction with website "radio buttons"? My home computer and tablet both lost active-x controls when Excede was installed.

I had a similar problem the night after installation but I cleaned IE and Chrome completely using CCleaner and Bleach Bit and the problem went away and has not returned.
