Then just give your used stuff away. If giving it away on Ebay, charge extra for shipping just like a lot of people are doing now to reduce their listing/selling fees.

If I were the court I would tell the company to 'stick it'. IF the company doesn't want someone buying in another country and sell it here, they should raise the price overseas.
Otherwise what will we see, police raids on flea markets? Garage sales?

eBay started charging final value fees on shipping fees. They're onto this game already. |

This would be near impossible to enforce if the court ruled in favor of the corporates.
They would have to tackle.. Ebay, Craigslist, newspaper classifieds, individual websites, those papers stapled to telephone poles, for sale signs in car windows..
