<description><![CDATA[RMerlin posted : Often, I get better results using the FibreNoire server here in Montreal than Teksavvy's own speedtest.net server, for some odd reason.<br><br>For example this Sunday I was having online gaming issues.  After swearing at Teksavvy as a Speedtest with their server in Toronto showed only 10 MB/s out of my 30 MB/s connection, the next test done on Fibrenoire gave me my expected 30 MB/s.  Makes me wonder if the Teksavvy test server at speedtest.net wouldn't have congestion issues ;)]]></description>

It can be simple as to add slots or modules to adding new equipments or build to install and lay new fiber cables. We're talking months here.]]></description>
