I used newhosting for a while.. maybe in the early 00's. It was pretty good. I only left because Astraweb was cheaper
Newshosting was a different company in the early 00's. That was before Highwinds bought Newshosting and just about all the other biggest NSPs and merged their operations and customer lists together into Highwinds own (now re-badged) usenet service.
