Re: Need help with fiber and ethernet Thanks for all the help people, I successfully have a working fiber point 2 point with gigabit ethernet on both ends.
This is a lab experiment and test, we will move to the real thing soon.

and one SC multimode fiber cable for my experiment. Didn't know how simple this can be. I think multimode will be fine since it can do up to 550 meters which is more than enough. |
