Did you read the article you linked to:
"Toronto’s Municipal Code forbids the keeping of pigs of any variety within city limits, with the owner facing a fine of $240 and possible court action, which could result in another fine of up to $5,000."
So, he's not a legal pet in Toronto. In fact, by highlighting her plight she could be fined as it says he's currently living in her mother's Toronto home. |

Bastard is pretty large. No sane landlord would rent to this crazy lady.
Perhaps she needs to trade the pig for a boyfriend, and problems will be solved.

Thank god we have these important municipal bylaws like this one; without it Hogtown would be overrun with a herd of pigs! Fashionable woman would be shopping with pygmy pigs in purses, owners would demand an off-lease pig park, and Rob Ford would be allowed to roam about the city unharassed by his detractors. Oh the horrors:D |

True enough.
Her opinion is that her wants should be met and everyone should accommodate her - the very definition of a Torontoid. 
Frankly if I had the choice of renting to her, its not the pig that would make me say no. |

Same. The friends of mine that did it for $1200 did it as roommates.
I find it funny she wants to live in Toronto yet it's one of the most important things for her to have a yard her pig can graze in... umm... as someone else posted in the comment section of the star article "She comes off as not too bright." |
