anyone have any recommendations on a gigabit NIC pci that wont have a problem handling these speeds?

Intel PWLA8391GT, it's around $30 and available from Newegg or Amazon. I have 7 of these in various systems and all of them have worked perfectly for several years(I also have the 150mb plan).
