This is becoming quite a headache. Now my phone service isn't even running, I have no dial tone. I called TSI tech support, waited 45mins to talk to someone, then got put on hold indefinitely and hung up after 15 minutes of silence.
Can someone here walk me through what I need to check on my SIP to get my service up and running again?
I've rebooted all the devices in order of Modem, SIP, Router, PC but still nothing. And looking in the SIP configuration page is confusing. |
