[Exede] Verizon Extender

I have a Verizon Network Extender from Samsung that has worked great since April. Over the past three days, it has not been able to connect. Verizon said that it is not a problem on their end. How do I fix this? I have tried unplugging everything several times and it just does not want to reconnect.

Did you change routers or router settings? The extender needs 4 ports opened in your router. I took the lazy way out and just put in in the DMZ.

Per Verizon enable the following ports:

4500 UDP
500 UDP
53 TCP / UDP
52428 TCP / UDP

Did your extender come back up? I have been having the same issue. Verizon will never admit to the fact that they did something or they have a problem. It will just by a miracle start working again with no communication from them.

Curious if you are able to connect now. Verizon did have an outage which was on and off over the weekend.

Came back online Nation wide around 7-7:30pm EST Sunday evening.
