Once you get connected to someone in the billing dept, tell them that you just got your bill and noticed it was higher than last month.

With any luck, they'll renew the credit and prorate it back to the previous month.

My credit this month is only $5.80 instead of the usual $10.00.

Will WOW just extend this for another year if I ask nicely? Is it likely that WOW will put up some resistance and just flat out refuse to extend it? I guess I'd better revisit that offer that Time Warner made us a month or two ago and check it out again before calling WOW?
