| Do U Know How Many Apps Have Access To Your Google Account? »www.techsupportalert.com/content···ount.htm
"The web is full of great free services that you can access for free. I mention lots of them on this site, for example. And to save you having to create a new username and password every time you sign up to one of these great sites, many of them allow you to optionally sign in with your existing Google, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account.
Which is great, because it's quick and convenient. But over time, you tend to forget just how many of these sites and services you have tried in the past. Just because you've stopped using a particular service doesn't mean that it doesn't still have access to, say, your Google account. Which, even if it's only used to verify your identity, is probably still not a good idea.
In the case of Google, it's easy to review the list of systems to which you've previously granted access. You can then deny access to any of those sites with a single click..." -- Ant @ AQFL.net and AntFarm.ma.cx. Please do not IM/e-mail me for technical support. I refuse to sign-in using an existing account--not that I have many anyway. I just create an account specific to whatever site I'm using. That's only a handful so not big deal remembering them. -- Don't feed trolls--it only makes them grow! |

Re: Do U Know How Many Apps Have Access To Your Google Account? Those are Google cloud apps.
But there it yet another class of apps, often linked to Google account, this time from Android phones. How to control them (list | check | allow | deny, etc )? -- Keep it simple, it'll become complex by itself... |

Re: Do U Know How Many Apps Have Access To Your Google Account? For those the use Google for many services, Dashboard reviews all your Google activity, how you can manage it and what is retained by Google. That's the way I use it and see it as do others. |
