3 edits | Voip issue, request connecton test on cable line This has been going on for a week+ now. Waited like 30mins+ on Teksavvy for support but too long a wait.
SO I am posting on forum instead.
Brief info

I am connected using Teksavvy Cable. Been using comwave for 6 months+ for VOIP phone. No issue until last week..seems to be around same time a Rogers cable guy went out to check some cable lines and did whatever he had to.
Now everytime someone call I get disconnected and vice versa after few mins of talking on phone.
What I did.

-tested router (have 2) = same problem persists
-no settings changed on PC/router at all.
-changed cables on both router + phone = same problem persists
-changed phones to make sure it's not phone = same problem persists
- called comwave, they gave me this report and think it might be the connection.
