 | reply to XNemesis Provided by teksavvy. I'm talking to them also, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask in the Cisco forum |

| reply to XNemesis Did you buy this new, or is it provided by a provider/provider-branded?
Also the reset to factory default is different than you might expect, once you reconnect the power do the following:
Plug in a phone to Phone 1′ port of the SPA122 Dial **** You should hear Configuration Option Menu Dial 73738# (RESET#) Press 1 to confirm the reset |

 | reply to sk1939 Just tried that, still locked. |

| I'm trying to switch my SIP over to bridge mode but the "submit" button while not greyed out, simply will not let me click it. The same effect happens with Factory reset as well.
Does this mean the device is locked and if so is there a way to unlock it? I cannot even reset the device from the red button on the back, it simply doesn't do anything as the device does not reset. |
