I seem to be loosing/dropping signal in my hard wired pc to my current modem and when I chatted with support, they wanted me to reset my wireless settings!
Ran some diagnostics in the router and got this:

Looks like a legacy ADSL circuit. Any standard ADSL modem would work. AT&T does not need to know when you swap modems because authentication is done by PPPoE.
