[Excel] PivotTable Creation Help - Finding Averages I apologize, but this is my first time creating a PivotTable. I have Excel 2007 and a spreadsheet with data that has the following columns (column names are in A1, B1, etc): Employee Number, Employee Name, Class Code, Class Name, Class Scheduled Hours.
I was asked to create a PivotTable to find the following information:
- Average number of courses taken by employees
- Class Name with the most number of employees attending it
I have played around and I cannot get the table to report back correct data. Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you.
